Jay Williams, PT, is a Franklin native and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He graduated in 1995 from the East Carolina University Physical Therapy program and has more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice.
Jay specializes in orthopedic injuries and conditions and is a certified Dry Needling expert.
He and his wife, Reagan, have two children, son Alex and daughter Ilah, and enjoy hiking, camping and cheering for the ECU Pirates.
